Why I Love What I Do

Growing up, I watched some of my family members struggle to make informed financial decisions and then live with the consequences of not having access to professional advice. In large part, this created a fire in me to educate myself. When I entered the industry, I saw a real need for improved access to financial advice. As my own knowledge and training grew, I strove to understand how to apply that knowledge in service of others.

One of the things I love about being a Financial Planner is knowing what I do every day has a genuine impact on my clients quality of life and the things that matter most to them. From the simple to the complex, I work with my clients to navigate the myriad of financial decisions they face.

Giving Back to Our Community

I give back to charitable organizations financially and by volunteering my time with the annual Terry Fox Run. I am also involved with the annual Friends of the Garden event, where I can not only get involved in my community, but I can take away some great ideas (and finds!) for my own garden.

More About Mark

As a long time resident, I enjoy the true Okanagan lifestyle together with my wife. I am active in sports and music and when not at work, you will no doubt find me doing something in our yard. Our two adult sons are raising their families in the lower mainland.
